Your order
From the moment you complete and confirm your order online by completing and sending the relevant order form available on the website www.cyanius-cruises.gr, we will confirm your order by sending you an order number via E-mail. Prices

Payment
For product shipments within Greece, CYANIUS SMPC accepts credit card payments

In the event that the purchase was made through a credit card for the assurance of the holder thereof, the delivery of the products is made only to the buyer, who must receive his order in person by showing his original identity card or passport. Delivery of your purchases
At the present time, we only deliver within the Greek and Cypriot Territory. Please make sure the address you enter is correct. Delivery of your package may take up to 10 working days due to stock availability. Returns and Compensation Policy
As a member of CYANIUS SMPC you have the possibility to return the selected products no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, if you have changed your mind, the product is not the right size, the selection does not meet your expectations or if the product is incorrect. In the event of a product return, you must contact CYANIUS SMPC within seven (7) days of receiving the product. through the "Support" section of our website and send your related request. After we have reviewed your return request we will send you a confirmation email. The product must be returned to CYANIUS SMPC within 7 days of the confirmation email and you bear the immediate cost of returning it.
In any case of returning products, you are obliged to deliver them in exactly the same condition in which they were received, intact, in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the products and in excellent condition. It should be in perfect condition together with the returned products, and all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. VAT, Retail Address, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc.). The refund corresponding to the products you returned will be completed within 21 working days from the date CYANIUS SMPC will receive the returned products. Warranty and after-sales service

CYANIUS SMPC is not responsible for a breach of these terms due to force majeure, as well as for any delays caused by conditions beyond its control, such as indicative extreme weather phenomena, earthquakes, floods, fires, emergency situations, disasters, strikes within the Greek Territory or abroad, wars, acts of terrorism, mechanical breakdowns and in general, any incident that does not allow the correct execution of orders. If such incidents last more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
Difference
